How to Get a Good Google PageRank
Posted on August 25th, 2009 CommentsPage Rank is the way to evaluate a website for Google to check and rank.
In other words, PageRank results from a “ballot” among all the other pages on the World Wide Web about how important a page is. A page that is linked to by many pages with high PageRank receives a high rank itself. If there are no links to a web page there is no support for that page.
So if you have a good Page Rank, that means you have a good vote in the websites world and your keywords ranking will also be very good.
How to get a good Google PageRank?
There are so many different ways on how to get google pagerank that everybody has their own opinion on the matter. So here we will talk about the basic ways to take in order to secure a high pagerank rating with google.
1, Business Develop for Links
2, Directory Submission
3, Bookmark Submission
4, Link Trading
5, Social-media
6, Buying Links at the beginning
When focusing on your link building campaign for your website, you should always keep a few things in mind if you are targeting a high pagerank. The most important thing to remember is that the sites that link to you are directly responsible for the pagerank of your website. For this reason you want to only build links that come directly from sites that have a high pagerank. The ideal link comes directly from the actual page that has the high pagerank value.
The amount of links that you build is also another crucial part of the process. Building a lot of high pagerank links that are directly associated with your niche is a great way to start the process of building pagerank value. In the past I have built websites that have received a PR5 within just 2 months of being launched. This was due to the fact that I built a few high pagerank links (PR5-PR6) to the site.
So now you know what it takes to build an increase your website pagerank or PR In Google get it going today!

Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing
Posted on August 5th, 2009 CommentsThe days of traditional advertising are slowly coming to an end as those forms of marketing are increasingly becoming ineffective. So what’s the new wave of the future? SEM – search engine marketing is the answer. SalesLion, LLC. offers a comprehensive internet marketing strategy (SEM included) that precisely targets your customer base.
Go to Google and search for a product/service that you provide. Chances are that a number of businesses that provide those products/services come up as search results. Do you see your business anywhere there? Unless you’re a corporate giant, such as Wal-mart or Starbucks, you’re probably no where to be found. This is where our internet marketing strategy comes in. Search engine websites account for more than half of all internet activity. By performing SEM – search engine marketing, you can index your business on the first page of those Google results.
There’s sponsored links, which cost money, and then there’s SEO, or search engine optimization, which is a lot cheaper. Fortunately for you, we do both. The paid, or sponsored, links are CPC, or PPC, which stands for cost-per-click, or pay-per-click. This means that you pay a standard fee every time someone clicks on that link (this can go for $0.50 to $50, depending on the screen real estate).
But why pay for traffic that you would have received for free organically. SEO – search engine optimization uses specific keywords related to your business so that Google or Yahoo picks it up. The more keywords used means the bigger chances of your business getting indexed. Eventually, that customer searching for your service will see your business. You’ll get more clicks to your website, and according to the law of averages, the more clicks you have, the more conversions (or sales in internet terms) you’ll get. And SalesLion, LLC. works on getting you indexed on all the major search engines, including Google, Yahoo, and now Bing

By 2014 SEO & PPC budgets set to double
Posted on July 21st, 2009 CommentsReally good news for the Search Engine Industry(SEI), all people will have a bright future.
See the chart below, according to the Forrester Research, the SEO & PPC budgets set to double by 2014.

According to the report interactive marketing will near $55 billion and represent 21% of all marketing spend in 2014 as marketers shift dollars away from traditional media and toward search marketing, display advertising, email marketing, social media, and mobile marketing.
Natural search on the other hand has huge potential because of the large disconnect between the amount people are happy to spend on PPC and the amount they spend on SEO. In some industries brands are spending 10-20 times as much on PPC as SEO and yet natural search drives over 75% of all search traffic.
SEO drives 75%+ of all search traffic, yet garners less than 15% of marketing budgets for SEM campaigns. PPC receives less than 25% of all search traffic, yet earns 80%+ of SEM campaign budgets.
soon the ability to integrate with the different online marketing channel will be a great advantage for a search engine pepole.

How the Spiders(robot) Work
Posted on July 3rd, 2009 CommentsThis shows the spider traps, how the spider work.

the Orphan Pages means that when the spider find this page but can not find more pages. it is the only one. SO, the spider will give up and find other ways to get the links. It tells us we shall add more links on some pages to make it become a connected net.
Unfriendly SEO-CMS System means the system is not search friengly enough for the spider to crawl from one page to another. Search Engine Friendly CMS are just like the wordpress and the joomla, Search Engine Friendly Shopping Cart are just like the Oscommerce and Zencart. Which can help you make html page and with keywords in the URL, which can help you make good layout and even make the spider feel good.
Cloaking means hidden links but they link outside, one kind way of cheating. Like changing the fond color the same as the backgound color, Making the links without the anchor test, only a href links.
Bad Server Configuration means the speed and the location of the server is bad for the visitor to experience, it’s one kind of UE(User Experience). Most people will close a web page if it can not be opened in 10 seconds, because sometimes even the malware or virus will cause similar situation. So make sure your server configuration is great, otherwise, no traffic, and no user, no customer, no sales.
Session Based Coding means URL automatic changed according the different visitors, that is one kind of cheating as well. Session based Coding also need your make a clear html code for the pages, etc. Such session problem do great harm to a website which depends on the SEO to get the traffic.
No error handing means when you type the wrong url, there shall be a 404 pages which contains the links to your homepages and also a redirection to another website. 404 page is the most important factors though it is always ignored by many people.
Watch out the spiders!

Why social media?
Posted on June 18th, 2009 CommentsHave you thought about why you should make social media marketing? what is the social medai for?
It comes down to gaining a competitive advantage. I like the quote from Oliver Young at Forrester Research: “Marketers who embrace social media will outdistance competition, build community following, and boost loyalty”
What better time to build better relationships with your customers than during a recession? Budgets are slim and purchasing decisions are often made based on relationships and connections right along with price. Word of mouth is powerful in good economic times and it’s even more impactful when economic pressures drive companies to be more creative and resourceful in purchasing products and services.
Here is six out of the top ten digital marketing tactics involving social media:
- blogging,
- microblogging,
- social networking,
- social media monitoring,
- blogger relations
- social media advertising.
Recently, Forrester & MarketingProfs published the results (eMarketer coverage) of a joint study of B-to-B Marketing in 2009 that ranked changes in marketing budget allocation. Of the top ten tactics, four were social media focused: online video, podcasts or rich media; discussion forums, social networks or communities; other web 2.0 media.
There’s reason for such optimism surrounding the social web. Companies that properly plan and implement social participation, can reap a variety of benefits:
- Build thought leadership
- Improve customer relationships
- Improve recruiting
- Reduce customer service costs
- Improve search engine rankings
- Increase media coverage
- Influence sales

the top 3 big site Sina.com is preparing its own social network, integrate with its wonderful blog system, But sina was making a kind of invitation marketing: only release the news of the product, but never open the registration, caused many people excited to try.
and Yesterday Chinese B2B e-commerce group Alibaba announced plans to launch a newly-developed product “Ren Mai Tong” today, integrating e-commerce and the social networking service functions to provide an online community for business people.
It will not only provide online gaming interactive functions, but also focus on the business networking activities to promote better business relations.
one of the chief engineer for the “Ren Mai Tong” product, told local media that the new service includes functions such as business card production, friends’ business cards holder, latest news, and customer news aggregation. In addition, if two parties reach an agreement on the website, they can realize online trading with Alibaba’s online payment platform Alipay.
I list some big SNS in china here.
